2. Description of Service

Lazone is a climbing tracking application that allows users to:

  • Log climbing routes and track progress
  • Record climbing sessions at participating gyms
  • View statistics and performance data
  • Connect with other climbers
  • Participate in games and unofficial competitions
  • For gym owners: manage gym routes and view usage data

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Lazone is a tracking and social tool only. We do not:

  • Provide climbing instruction or safety guidance
  • Guarantee the accuracy of route difficulty ratings
  • Assume responsibility for your physical safety while climbing
  • Verify the safety or quality of participating gyms

You are solely responsible for your own safety while climbing. Always follow gym rules and use proper safety equipment.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for any injuries sustained while climbing
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any)

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
